Changing the air filter

As air circulates through the engine of the car, foreign bodies and debris are caught in the filter. Over time, an air filter clogged, leading to a loss of power and fuel consumption. Replace air filters regularly to make it easy and save time by entering your air intake of the engine for maximum efficiency.

Change the air filter should be part of any development, but when driving on unpaved roads often or in other dusty conditions, you should replace morefrequently. For most vehicles is a simple process.

Tips and Warnings:


If you have difficulty finding accommodation for the air box, take the large tube, or snorkeling from the engine until it terminates at the airbox.
If you have difficulty getting air box housing are separated, sometimes it can help loosen the clamps separate air filter housing.
Be careful not to harm the MAF / MAPSensor or wiring. You can easily unplug necessary so soft.
